There is an “Entrepreneur” in each one of us.

The word “Entrepreneur” may sound big and heavy . The first picture in your mind is that of a highly successful person, a leader with lots of knowledge & riches.

And immediately we look at our self, where we are, right now and think,

“ ohh my god that’s too far and this is not my cup of tea”. 

The thing we miss is, that the leader was not made in a day, did not achieve knowledge and riches so easy, but he or she has dedicated their life to ensure they create what they valued.

Each one of us is unique and everyone has something special inside.

How many of you ever felt in your life, for some time, for some moments , that you are highly successful. See yourself personally or professionally & try to visualise that time .

That moment, when you balanced that bicycle for the first time, or when you were able to do that “40 seconds of swim” in the deep side of the pool, or when your company appreciated your contribution and thanked you. Recall when you were able to solve that problem that changed the course of your company Or when someone looked at you and said one day, I want to be like you.

If you look back, there would be many situations, where you were a roaring success in life.

You worked your heart out, in a job you did for someone and for a company that paid for your time. 

The Key question to ask now is,

All the hard work you did in your job, can you do it for yourself? Do you want to create something valuable in the world? Do you have a story to create?

If your answer to any of the question is Yes, then the entrepreneur in you is alive and kicking.

This pandemic has created a situation: many people lost their jobs & many more are in the firing line.

This situation is a big challenge, but can be an even bigger opportunity.

We all Know, India is a developing country and, developing country means there is a hell lot of things that needs to be done. And when there are so many problems to be solved, look at the irony that we have so many people who are jobless.

We are in this situation, because we are kind of caught in our cocoon, in our comfort zones, maybe we became too choosey - to what we like and dislike or maybe we have stopped picking new skills for the new age.

There are two super strong emotions that drive every human being and they are Desire and Fear, I don’t think there is anyone who is not driven through these two emotions.

Desire for everything that we want like money, name, fame, lifestyle, partners, joy and many more and Fear of losing them all. We are trying to juggle between these two and live.

Our quality of life is dependent on which one of the emotions is stronger for an individual.

These emotions lead to our behaviour and these behaviours leads to our actions and these actions lead us to the place, where we are now.

The times are challenging, but if you can trust, if you can strive, this is can be “your” biggest opportunity.

I know, WE Will Bounce back, we will Rebound.

The possibilities are limitless. And for the potential to blossom, we all need support & guidance. We must come together. Collaboration, mutual learning and undying spirit are the success mantras for these times.
