Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is defined as a delegation of one or more business processes to an external provider who, in turn owns, administers and manages the selected processes based upon a defined and measurable performance matrices
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) started in Ghana in the nineties but has slowed down because of the economic downturn especially in the United States of America. Elsewhere in Europe (BPO) has been used as a means of cost cutting by transferring some business processes from the expensive EU to developing countries with lower operating costs.
There is now an opportunity for entrepreneurs to be engaged as operators of designated processes in Ghana. Entrepreneurs must have spare office space that can accommodate a minimum of four persons and a maximum of 10 persons, have broadband internet access and reliable power supply. The environment must be serene and devoid of noise pollution.
Recruitment and training will be provided free of charge by local consultants free of charge. The size of your accommodation determines how many people you can employ and the income you can make per month.
Location: This opportunity is available in only Cities and Towns where broadband internet exists.
