I have worked 100% remote for 12 years. There have been very few occasions where an in-person meeting was absolutely necessary. Use the tools available and let people live where they want to live.

MedLicense didn’t shut down at all during the lock downs. Nor did we send our employees to work from home. Every one reported into work every day. In fact, I have flown over 40,000 miles from 3/2020-7/2021. It is amazing to see the differing responses by the different localities to this “crisis”

Love this! As a business that was deemed 'essential', we've had everybody back in the office for a year now. The team was given the opportunity to work remotely 2x weekly and we found that while some took us up on the opportunity, most would rather be onsite. It's tough to beat face to face communication and one of our greatest strengths is the team atmosphere. One-off conversations in the hallway or kitchen often lead to better problem solving, and while Teams is great for collaboration, in-person will never be surpassed.

People don’t want to sit in traffic, be distracted in the office and need work life balance. Way more efficient. So glad I don’t have to be in an office with a bunch of micromanaging weirdos. What happened to freedom?!
