Tell us about a destination you offer which you have recently visited.

?I recently visited the Yukon Territory with a writer from AFAR Magazine.? We experienced our new Stories of Canada Winter program in the Yukon Territory. ? We connected with local Indigenous culture, enjoyed epic landscapes, snowmobiled on frozen lakes, and watched the northern lights light up the wintry sky.

Please describe your relationship with the Head office team?

?Very approachable, friendly, transparent and downright fun.? We are typically a reactive company, so when I proactively reached out to 360 leadership to begin strengthening our ties, I was met with a warm welcome, opportunities to develop together and a team of strong partners to help deliver.? It’s entrepreneurial.?

What key factors do you believe are essential for creating unforgettable luxury travel experience???

A strong team to begin with.? A real unforgettable luxury travel experience needs to be thoughtfully and carefully curated by a meticulous planner who can creatively develop a bespoke trip for a high value guest, and who has the operations team (or abilities) to deliver above what has been promised. ? This requires attention to detail, a thoughtful eye, never making assumptions that things will be done by other people (external to one’s organisation). It can be easy to sell an expensive trip, but much harder to deliver it seamlessly.
