The entire process of hot air heating up in a 900t/d float glass furnace

The 900t/d float glass furnace is a super large glass industry furnace currently designed and constructed by domestic construction units in China. The furnace is designed with 8 pairs of small furnaces and a connected heat storage chamber. The melting area is 614.4m2, with a length of 48m and a width of 12.8m. The large arch span is 13.9m and is divided into 6 sections.

① Preparation work before heating up the furnace

a. Thoroughly clean the furnace, especially important expansion joints, corners, and other areas. The engineer responsible for heating up the furnace will personally inspect the important parts for the presence of foreign objects.

b. The entire furnace body adopts a cold insulation scheme. Aluminum silicate fiber felt is used to seal and insulate the large and small arches of the furnace, cooling section, heat storage chamber, as well as the middle joints of the small furnace arches, cooling section walls, and front and rear mountain walls. Insulation cotton is used to insulate all other reserved expansion joint positions of the furnace body; The expansion joints at the inner breast wall of the furnace should be tightly sealed with polycrystalline mullite insulation cotton to prevent contamination of the glass liquid.

c. Determine a reasonable heating curve for the oven. Set up monitoring expansion gauges and temperature measuring thermocouples at important locations on the furnace?body, and prepare for all heating up?records.

d. In order to ensure that the temperature of the working section and the melting section can rise uniformly as a whole, two temporary chimneys are pre built on both sides of the tail end of the working section for ventilation and smoke exhaust.

② Implementation process of heating up?furnace

a. The domestic hot air furnace?spray gun was used for the heating up?process, with a total of 617t of diesel fuel. It took 23 days to raise the temperature of the furnace?to 1080 ℃ and over heat, completing the entire heating up?process.

b. During the heating up?process, adjust the number of hot air spray guns and the oil flow rate of each spray gun according to the heating rate of the thermocouple set in the furnace. A total of 22 hot air furnace?spray guns have been prepared, of which 7 are spare; During the heating process, use all 15 spray guns prepared at 800 ℃.

c. The main heating process of the heating up?furnace?is described as follows:

First loosening and melting of the pull rod at 111~138 ℃;

First loosening of the top wire of the melted mountain wall at 139-162 ℃;

First loosening of the top wire of the heat storage chamber at 163~186 ℃;

Loosen the neck pull rod for the first time at 187-210 ℃ and loosen the top wire of the cooling part mountain wall for the first time;

Loosen the longitudinal tension bars at the melting section of the first melting furnace at 234-258 ℃ and turn on two slag blowers;

Start heating up?the left and right branch flues at 389-436 ℃, loosen the longitudinal pull bars and top wires in the heat storage chamber;

Start insulation on the furnace?roof at 645-728 ℃ and remove all expansion gauges;

729-741℃; Remove the oven thermocouple and use a normal thermocouple;

Debugging of automatic fire exchange system and combustion fan at 930~1079 ℃;

Complete the entire heating up?process at 1080 ℃ using heavy oil over high heat.
