I have been asked by some of you to explain the concept of my new book. It is based on my "Enterprise Within" system to give you and your employees the confidence to embrace a more enterprising way of working.

What is the “Enterprise Within?” system?

More and more staff within organisations are being asked to find income streams, and be more enterprising and customer-focused. The system they use to do this takes the concept of enterprise learning and places it within the structure of an organisation. At the same time, it is wrapped around other tools that enable it to become embedded in the culture of the organisation.

Using enterprise as a tool to develop and encourage growth and quality within your organisation is not a just way of making money. It is a way of connecting the needs of your clients or service users with the ability of your employees to meet those needs. It is about business development, with a sprinkle of innovation and an eye on customer need and staff engagement. This system has become “Enterprise Within?”. Now delivered as in-house courses, talks, and workshops, it has been written for you in this book.
