The Einstein Sales Development Rep (SDR) Agent and Einstein Sales Coach Agent are built on Salesforce's Einstein 1 Agentforce Platform and will be generally available to users in October. The Einstein SDR Agent can automatically engage with inbound leads by using natural language to handle objections, answer questions, and book meetings for human agents.
