Enterprise Digital Transformation Eco Canvas for a "Resilent Planet"

The pace at which we are going digital, it is imperative that we need to take a step back and question the impact of our actions. Are our efforts really creating positive impacts.? Can digital be absorbed and adopted by enterprise more meaningfully? How important does a digital strategy have a role in this.? Can the strategy be aligned to how we are developing as a society? In this pursuit layed my thoughts in the above canvas that considers "ecology" and "sustainability" as core in the journey of enterprise digital transformation.

In my view, the canvas of digital transformation is vast. It will no longer be limited to technologies like cloud, software applications, experiences, digital threads, efficient operations, profitable business or empowering stakeholders. The choices executives make, have a bearing on the enterprise’s existence and sustenance. Unless one finds the right “Digital Hooks/Initiatives” that are regenerative the transformation journey will be meaningless as extinction rates of enterprise & ecology continue to accelerate.
