I have wonderful news to share! Over 170 Enterprise Agility models and concepts have now become open-source knowledge. This means the extensive body of expertise from Enterprise Agility is available for everyone to freely access and apply ?(check CC BY-NC 4.0 for more details).

As a person who is in an era of unprecedented change, I know how unsettling it can be to break away from frameworks and concepts that once served us so well. When you've invested decades in developing best practices for Scrum or any other frameworks, it's only natural to resist new approaches that make them obsolete. It happens to you, me, and everyone else!

In my early days as a change professional, process reengineering and then lean manufacturing transformed our operations. At the time, these methods felt innovative and disruptive because they challenged old assumptions.

But with digital companies as the norm, exponential change, Artificial Intelligence, and new realities in the world, it's clear that yesterday’s disruptors are no longer a match for today’s environment. While it may contradict much of what led to success in the past, today we must adopt new models of thinking and ways of working that are better suited for these exponential times.

When confronted with radical new concepts like Enterprise Agility, it is initially tempting to dismiss them and insist that current practices are “good enough.” But we must remember that disruption is coming for all of us at some point. The companies that once turned their industries upside down with bold new approaches can easily fall into complacency and rigid ways of thinking. If it happens to Google, it can also happen to you.

We must remember that disruption is coming for all of us at some point

In these times of accelerating change, disruptors must prepare to be disrupted themselves. As a leader, I know that we are evading our responsibility if we don't adapt when the world demands it. We must constantly re-evaluate frameworks and concepts against the realities of today’s world.

The stark truth is that AI and new technologies are changing the nature of work faster than people can adapt. Customer expectations and global competition are increasing exponentially. To continue to thrive in the midst of digital disruption, we must have a different financial model and way to create value. And this is where the TriValue Company model and the Enterprise Agility Ecosystem fit in.

This means we must be ready to adopt entirely new operating models. While this requires profound change, I believe it is the only path to lasting relevance and competitiveness. We still face the innovator’s dilemma: we must disrupt ourselves before we are disrupted.

To lead a company into the future, leaders must foster a willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn. And this is where Future Thinking can be your new way of looking into the coming events.

Rather than clinging to practices that have been successful in the past, we must remain open to new ideas and approaches as the environment evolves. This doesn't mean that we must discard what already exists — there is much knowledge out there— but that we must integrate the new concepts into those frameworks and models.

While it may be challenging at first, I am excited about the opportunity we have. We are at the forefront of a workplace revolution, a new way of value creation, and it is our responsibility as leaders to guide our companies through this uncharted territory. Adopting Enterprise Agile principles and models gives you great hope that our organization can succeed in these times of exponential change. The journey to becoming an adaptive, resilient, and future-ready company begins today.

The gateway to the future is now open to all. We have unlocked access to over 170 Enterprise Agility models and frameworks and ideas and are making them freely available as open-source knowledge. This unprecedented opportunity is an invitation to learn and grow by integrating these powerful concepts into your business.

Imagine the possibilities—with this extensive knowledge, you can set out to evolve your company culture. Build more dynamic teams, create adaptive structures, and develop the flexibility and resilience to succeed in exponential times. The expertise of the global Enterprise Agility community can show you the way now.

This triumph of openness is a game changer. These transformative ideas are no longer restricted, but available to you. Let them inspire you to reach new heights of innovation, progress, and shared purpose to be always ready, responsive, and innovative.

The future of work begins with what we can achieve together. Will you join us on this journey to transform organizations across industries and geographies?
