What excites you the most about leading Totalmobile expansion in the Nordics?

There are a few things that really excite me with leading the expansion, let me break it down:


Market:

The opportunity to be the spearhead of Totalmobile's expansion into the Nordics and to bring our industry-leading technology to the Nordic market.

I've seen the impact the solutions have given our customers in UK/I and Australasia and I'm really excited to bring the technology to my home (to the Nordic market).

We've also seen an increase in the demand in the market which is constantly growing.

People:

I was really delighted when I got the phone call from Rhys Thomas, whom I worked closely with at BMC Software a few years back. When Rhys shared his vision of the expansion, introduced me to his team, I was hooked straight away.

What makes Totalmobile’s approach to customer service unique and effective?

What's we are focusing on at Totalmobile is to provide industry-specific solutions to our customers across three verticals which is: Commercial & Infrastructure, Public Sector & Property and Facilities Management.

This makes what we offer to our customers very niche and precise.

On top of that, we're consciously growing our customer facing teams, which is significant. Thus, our "customer first mentality" is a leading pillar within the company from the top to the bottom.


How will Totalmobile’s presence in the Nordics benefit our existing and potential customers there?

The Nordics is a huge market and some of the biggest companies in the world were built here, so obviously to be present here and to build a team in the Nordics creates a lot of opportunities to support future customers from a closer view.

Some of our current customers have their HQ in the Nordics and it's equally important to meet with them frequently and that's always easier when you’re a stone's throw away.?

Can you share any upcoming projects, events or initiatives that Totalmobile has planned for the Nordic region?

Currently, the Marketing Team and I are organizing industry-specific webinars to be held after the Summer. We will invite partners and customers to learn about Totalmobile's initiatives.
