Unveiling Omega Ballistic Helmets Line

We offer two different models depending on the potential threat: the Omega Core for lightweight fragmentation protection and the Hybrid version for high-level ballistic protection up to VPAM3 standards.

Achievements

Delivering the 100,000th Ballistic Protection Vest System

Mehler Protection has successfully delivered the 100,000th MOBAST protective vest system to Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH as scheduled.

In April 2022, the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) awarded an order for a total of 305,000 protective vest systems, with deliveries beginning in December 2022 from Mehler Protection's newly opened facility in Fulda specifically for this program.

At a joint event on 5 February 2024, the 100,000th protective vest system for MOBAST was symbolically handed over by the CEO of the Mehler Systems Group, Thomas Homberg, and COO/CFO, Dr. Mario Amschlinger, to the Managing Directors of Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH, Stephan Minz and Dr. Felix Wriggers, in the presence of Vice Admiral Carsten Stawitzki, Head of the Equipment Department at the Federal Ministry of Defence in Cologne.
