Enough is Enough - Sexual/Assault Harassment in 2018

Today, as I was getting ready to post this article, I saw that 48 Google Employees were fired for Sexual Harassment. That is another great win and they will keep happening because people are waking up to the truth. If you want to be part of the change....check out my training. Lately, I have been diving deeper into the #metoo movement and how this correlates with the information within my videos.  I created a training document and even held a #metoo Sexual harassment/assault discussion at my local library.  I’m here now to share this presentation with you.  We need to educate on where we are, how we got here and what we can do to the change future. 

We need to be having #metoo discussions in every town in the USA.  We need to stop allowing the patriarchy/misogyny/strict father morality that keeps women oppressed.  The time is here for no more silence because together we can create a world of equality.  But it will take all of us having the hard conversations and calling out the bad behaviors. 

Seriously – when we hear men or women call women bad names or use stereotypes, call it out.  If you are with your significant other, you should expect them to call it out also.  If you see someone being sexually harassed at a restaurant, let the person know you saw it and it was not ok.  The time for keeping our mouths shut has passed.
