Is enough ever enough?

I’m not sure if I’ve ever mentioned that I am a huge fan of Dolly Parton.

Not in like a creepy, stalking, name your dog after her kind of way. (Right, girl? @Dolly Parton my dog)

But, just when I thought I couldn’t love her more, she announces that she will pay 100% tuition for any of her Dollywood employees pursuing a higher education.

Good entrepreneurs know that it isn’t a one woman (or man) show. To be successful in business, it really takes a team. Or the most successful businesses, where teams become family.

The best leaders are the ones who want their employees to be just as successful as them. They have your best interest in mind and will help you to become the best version of yourself.

I will never understand many successful entrepreneurs who make kagillions (kagillion = buttload of $$) while their employees struggle to get by.

I’m not one to name names, so I will make a fictitious one. How can leaders like “Reff Mezos” sleep at night knowing how much your millions of kagillions could benefit others. Especially your employees who got you to where you are?

When is enough money actually enough? For some people I don’t think there will ever be an amount that equals “enough.”

As my Dad would say, I’m not sure if the kids in the sandbox stole their toys, but somewhere along the line they missed an important rule in life.

Wealth does not equal success. The way you make people feel is what matters most.
