Enough Already

This morning I just happened upon a post by one of my contacts and I'm not sure why my reaction was what is was but I have come to the conclusion.. enough already.

I am not one to post political commentary or any other controversial topics.. just not my style to pit my views against another's.  My mistake comes in feeling that most people are reasoned and researched their facts before rendering their decision publically.  More and more, I see that I give folks too much credit and all too often I see / read nothing but regurgitated, false or half true (if half is being generous) crap...regardless of right or left slant.

To all the posters of anything political, religious, pro / con, right wing, left wing, liberal or conservative... Enough Already.  All I can say is if YOU [each of you that read / posted / commented ] didn't go search out the story -- research the facts ---- to determine if it is true or not... then you do yourself and everyone else a dis-service.  We get enough that everyday on television...talking heads abound there.

Whether or not its true or false... we have got to start finding the truth for ourselves and quit letting others tell you what is true or false.  As I mentioned earlier, I generally don't express political opinions...and I will return to that posture but enough was enough for today.... didn't matter what side was weighed in on.   Our country and society has too many real and serious problems to address rather than fanning flames over falsehoods and half truths with little or no fact to support it one way or another.

Take a break...use  your mind and not someone else's.. find the facts for yourself.  You might be surprised at what you find!!  Enough Already!!
