Enjoying the success and working through frustration

Here's some exciting news and some frustrating news! First off, the exciting news - I am glad that my book “Negotiation Quotient: Opening the door to a successful deal” is now available on multiple platforms across the world:

For US friends, the book is available on Barnes&Noble and Walmart. The ebook is on Kindle.

For Indian friends, the book is on Amazon India and Flipkart. The ebook is on Kindle.

For Singapore and other countries, ebook is available on Amazon (Amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de). A search by my name shows the book on all these platforms.

Now, the print book is not yet available on Amazon.com or in other countries yet. And this is the frustrating news! Unfortunately the unavailability on Amazon.com (also used by my Singapore friends and contacts) is a big pain point.

I am currently stuck in a difficult situation and don't know how to get unstuck. Here's the gist: After waiting for a few weeks since the upload of the book on Amazon, it is still not available for purchase. There are 3 parties involved - Publisher, Ingram (distributor) and Amazon. Ingram distributes to Amazon and all other platforms. The upload from Ingram to Amazon is broken. As an author, I am doing my part to check with the publisher, but it's not yielding results. My contact is primarily with the publisher, and all my follow ups are not helping. The publisher says he has checked with Ingram, who say they have done their part. It looks like in 5% cases, there is a delay in the availability. I have many questions but no answers yet. I am working my way to explore all options.
