Have you considered becoming a B Corp?

ENI are keen to amplify our positive social and environmental impact and are currently going through the assessment process ourselves – keep an eye out! ??

Doing this has really helped us to understand where we’re currently at on our people and planet journey, and how to better improve this in the future.???

Our advice for those considering it that feel slightly overwhelmed… Work with someone who can help!

The application process can seem daunting. Lots of questions and evidence needed, it’s a huge task for one person. We partnered with Andy Hawkins at Business On Purpose UK who has supported hundreds of other companies on their journey to be a better business.

He’s highly recommended and has been a huge help to ENI.

There’s also lots of tips and help on the B Corp website if you wanted to have a read before diving into it. There’s no commitment to submit an application until you’re confident and ready to.

The world needs all?businesses to play their part, and only?by?working together more can we make the difference that we all need and want to see.

June marks a monumental milestone for ENI as we celebrate 35 incredible years in business!

From our humble beginnings to becoming an industry leader, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. We owe our success to our dedicated team, loyal clients and candidates, and supportive partners who have been with us every step of the way.

ENI was founded in 1989 by Liz Norman CMRS, to create opportunities in insight, regardless of background. Our mission is simple; "We believe a diverse profession needs diverse talent. The world of insight is wide and varied, so are the people needed to power it. That’s why ENI looks beyond the obvious to recruit the talent you need."

Since then, we've partnered with some of the most exciting and innovative organisations in insight, and worked with some of the best talent the industry has to offer. We've placed thousands of people in roles they've excelled in, and built teams all over the world.

The industry has evolved drastically over the years. Something we’re currently working on is an in depth study on Changes to the Profession, from leaders in the space.
