Changes to Holiday Pay for Temp Employees
The law is changing for irregular hours temps and we can pay people rolled up (so they’re paid their basic rate + holiday pay for each day they work, rather than being paid the basic rate and holiday pay being accrued)

This year ENI will be making our annual donation to two charities, close to the hearts of our employees.?
?We have donated to Mason Morgan who is raising money for Guy's Cancer Centre & MacMillan.
Mason was diagnosed with a high-grade brain tumour, which sadly is terminal and incurable. Since his diagnosis, he has committed to a number of challenges to raise money for the two charities, such as Battersea 5k, ASICS 10k, Richmond 10k, Vitality 10k, RBC Royal Parks Half Marathon, a Marathon Row, London Landmarks Half Marathon, London Marathon, Chicago Marathon, New York Marathon, and Kilimanjaro. Additionally, we have made a donation to the National Autistic Society and would like to share their details, should you wish to do the same. They campaign to champion the rights and interests of autistic people and their families, making sure national policy and legislation reflect their needs.
