It takes more than simply providing an alluring compensation and benefits package to draw and keep top talent in today's cutthroat labor market. In the current recruitment process, candidates anticipate a positive and stimulating experience. Candidates form opinions about your firm based on every interaction they have, from the first application through the final offer stage. These opinions could have an effect on your employer brand.
