Should the Institution , apart from providing the relevant infrastructure, pedagogy, content and resources also look at the end outcome of the students? If they need to work on that, then OUTSTANDING may be a misnomer ... prefer if they identify the right students for the right course using scientific methods. that would work with a better probability of the end success after the program Would like to listen to the institution experts on this
