This integration helps representatives discover new contacts through recommended leads and icebreakers, and identify connections between sales reps and their prospects. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator widget is conveniently displayed on contact, lead, opportunity, and organization pages within Pega Sales Automation.?
To connect Pega Sales Automation with LinkedIn, you need an active LinkedIn account and an application. This integration is available only for Team and Enterprise licenses. For detailed instructions, refer to the LinkedIn developer documentation.?
You’ll also need a Client ID and a secret to complete the integration. To obtain these credentials, contact Global Client Services (GCS) and request their creation and entry into your system.?
In the user portal’s navigation pane, go to Administration and select SA – LinkedIn Integration. On the integration page, check the box labeled Enable Sales Navigator. Finally, click Save.?
