? The PREM-C9 questionnaire has been rigorously assessed for its validity in capturing the healthcare experiences of patients with COPD. Three core hypotheses were tested, with two receiving strong confirmation. The results revealed statistically significant distinctions between response categories on the satisfaction (p < 0.001) and breathlessness (p = 0.023) scales.
? Regression analysis results revealed important insights: lower satisfaction with health services and increased levels of breathlessness were both linked to lower overall PREM-C9 scores.
Our study highlights? evidence supporting the reliability, structural, and construct validity of the Spanish and Catalan versions of the PREM-C9 questionnaire, demonstrating its utility in evaluating patient experiences among COPD patients.

4 个月Interesting to see how we are advancing with PREM questionnaires. I have not been working on COPD for a while, but I remember that some of the questionnaires we were using, eg St George's Respiratory Questionnaire, were not always capturing patient benefits. I hope the PREM-C9 will do. Thanks for sharing
