Enhancing HR Depth of Analytic Expertise

Current trends and analysis are sharing that only 3-5% of HR organisations feel and believe that they track and use talent analytics . To address this as many as two third HR professionals are considering to create Analytics Centre of Excellence in their respective organisations . These COE will support in scaling and deepen HR's analytic  capabilities .

Organisations which has been using analytics able to achieve up to 20% higher talent outcomes , including better bench strength , employee performance and quality of talent acquisition . To build the HR capabilities , focus on building breadth of analytic expertise throughout function is the only way forward . This do includes analytic of data and more prudent to use same for critical people decisions . As HR Leaders , we should actively engage in this effort by establishing accountability for all HR team members to more effectively use and analyse data and by facilitating employee relationships with key business contacts to share and use data .
