I worked many years as a Assistant to CEOs, CFOs, Managers, Leaders, Seniors and all Kind of Leading people. But none of this companies where focusing on Employee Wellnbeing. The main reason I was leaving my Company was not about the company it was never about it. I was about the people and their mindest or Approach and their way of leading or there core values.


I hat a starker for 5 years. This lead to a mental break down and many other Problems I was facing back than 2018. I was leaving also cause in my company Nobody understood what I was facing and while i quite. I for sure could have just called sick net cured and than go back to normal dalily life. As a Farmer I know this does not solve my roots Problem. This lied deep within me. But this is not the topic today. I want to talk about Corporate Wellness and while I think it is a Great Impact for companies to care for their people and future.


First it is about to understanding Corporate Wellness Programs

It does not take a not but as with all things the will to try.
