Fire Safety Rules and Regulations play a significant role in fire risk management, MP Metro has implemented firefighting and suppression system in accordance with the NBC 2016 which broadly defines that the safety of life is more than a matter of means of egress and accordingly deals with various matters that are considered essential to the safety of life.?

Accordingly, fire alarm and detection system along with hydrant system are installed at all three levels i.e Ground Level, Concourse level & Platform level of elevated stations to address the fire situation for proper evacuation and suppressed the fire to stop its propagation.?

These systems will automatically provide the backup electric power to a load when the input power source or main power fails, ensuring that critical systems continue to operate smoothly and passengers can have a hassle-free journey.?
