IAF Mandatory Documents

IAF Mandatory Documents (IAF MDs) are used by JASANZ when accrediting certification bodies as part of our assurance that the programs are managed appropriately.

We offer a range of self-paced training packages for a number of IAF MD’s including:

• IAF MD 1: Audit and certification of a management system operated by a multi-site organisation
• IAF MD 2: Transferring accredited certification of managements systems
• IAF MD 4: Use of information and communication technology (ICT) for remote auditing/assessment
• IAF MD 5: Determination of audit time for QMS, EMS and OHS&MS
• IAF MD 11: Application of ISO/IEC 17021-1 for audits of integrated management systems
• IAF MD 23: Control of entities operating on behalf of accredited management systems certification bodies
• Calculation of audit time using IAF MDs 1,5, and 11
