Enhance Your Networking With a Digital Namecard

You may already be familiar with the scan QR Code Feature on the LinkedIn? Mobile App.
This is a great way to quickly connect with people at networking events and I use it as an ice breaker for my LinkedIn? for Business Training Sessions – it works like a charm for getting people in the mood to network & get in the mood to learn! ?
While the LinkedIn? QR Code Feature is a great little tool, I’ve been using another digital namecard for a while now, which works even better.
It’s called Blinq ?(www.blinq.me ) and it automatically adds your contact information to your prospects phone address book simply by having them scan a QR code so you? will show up as an added connection when you call them for follow up later, even?if?they?don't?have?the?app themselves.?
This is useful as these days; most people don’t pick up calls from numbers they don’t recognise. ?
You?can?share?also easily your?blinq card?or QR code via?WhatsApp, email, email,?or?social?media?platforms?like facebook or as a?LinkedIn? private message or even a Linkedin post.
Blinq?automatically?logs?when?and?where?you?met?new?contacts,?allowing?you?to?add?notes?and?key?details?to?your?cards.?This?feature?helps?you?keep?track?of?your?interactions?and?follow?up?more?effectively.
We all know that making?a?good first impression is?crucial and?Blinq's?digital?namecard?app?offers?a?modern?solution?to?traditional?business?cards,?with?a slick way to?enhance?your networking?and?professional?interactions.
You can create 2 professional digital business cards for free and according to blinq, it’s already being used by employees at 75% of Fortune 500 companies.
Personally I like to combine the old with the new and remain a big fan of traditional namecards because you get full the full contact information of the person you’ve just met rather than just being connected on LinkedIn? where most people just a Gmail address & no phone number, which can make it harder to follow up later.
I like using blinq and namecards together, so you are not relying on the person you just met to be as tech savvy as you are. You can just get their namecard off them and follow up later in the normal way. Having your details show up ono their phone when you call makes them a lot more likely to accept your call. ?
You?can?personalize?your?blinq namecard?with?your?headshot,?logo,?and?design?templates.?This?ensures?that?your?photo will appear in your contact in your clients’ phone address book which will help you stand?out?and?reflect?your?personal?brand in a professional way.?
Updating?your?card?is?super easy?and?can?be?done?instantly?within?the?app or using the website.
LinkedIn's?QR?Code?Scanner is great and has it uses, but blinq is FAR superior.
Which Digital Namecard do you use & why?

PS: I don't get any referral fee or kickback from Blinq - I just love their product.
