ENGLISH QUESTION OF THE DAY

The English diphthong "ough" is one of the most confusing for English learners, because it can be pronounced in about 7 or 8 different ways, depending on the word. One way is "through" which rhymes with "threw." What other pronunciations of "ough" can you find?

Trough, as in a feeding trough. Pronounced like the word 'off.'
