Engineers are guilty intrinsically

If you are working in engineering section in one of Iranian companies, you are the guilty intrinsically. It means that, it is not important that:

·        What the reason of faults is?

·        Who has been responsible to prevent faults?

·        Faults are related to procurement, construction, operation or engineering phase?

·        Faults are related to quality control section, planning section, manufacturing section, client, sub-contractor or engineering department?

·        Is that what has happened basically fault or true?

In any cases, any situations and any times, you as a part of engineering section are the guilty intrinsically in Iran.
