When we set out to revamp the site, our goal was to capture the true essence of Venturi—creative, smart, and people-focused. After countless revisions, feedback sessions, and brainstorming marathons, we’ve created something that we believe reflects who we are.

Awesome things going on in our team.

• We're joining the UCalgary Winter Career Fair on February 12th! We're excited to meet the next generation of engineers and learn more about their perspectives and ideas.
• We've kicked off leadership training for our team members with Covalency! It's always exciting and inspiring to watch the team grow and see new leaders step into their well-deserved roles.
• Spoiler alert! As some of you may know, last year we took the team to Hawaii for a month of working abroad. We're putting together some exciting articles about the unexpected benefits and challenges of working overseas, and how this month-long work retreat gave us fresh perspectives as engineers.
