This Is Engineering - do what you love!

Those of you who know me know I am passionate about the engineering profession, and about cultivating young talent to be the next generation of engineering professionals. Working as I do currently with German manufacturers, it both gladdens and saddens me to see how the Germans take the next generation so seriously and how we in Britain generally don't! Having said that, Geo Kingsbury, whom I represent have taken this challenge seriously and are training and mentoring some fine young engineering minds, whose exceptional talents are already contributing to the further success of our UK business. Long may it continue! 

So I'm really excited to share the new initiative by the Royal Academy of Engineering to get a new generation of UK youngesters fired up to be the next generation. I have no direct involvement or affiliation with this program, but I am excited to promote it to you all on LinkedIn! This is where we should be going. Tell your friends, and most importantly their kids. Share with schoolteachers!!! Get the word out!
