 What We Do

1. PROCESS SKID MOUNTED PACKAGES: Design & Engineering of Process Skid Mounted packages (PWT Skids, Chemical injection Skids, Test/Production Separators, Wellhead manifold Skids, Fiscal Gas/Oil metering skids, modular packages, EPF packages, Fuel gas skid, MEG/TEG Packages etc.) for upstream, midstream and downstream projects. We design your skid mounted package from the initial process data more economically and technically.

2. PIPING: Stress analysis, routing and detailing of all kind of process piping up to any sizes and materials CS, SS, Duplex, and Alloy etc including pipe supports.

3. STATIC EQUIPMENT: Design and detailing of all type of static equipment as follows;-

• a. Pressure Vessels ASME Sec VIII Div-1 and 2, EN 13445
• b. Tall process columns, Reactors, Drums, Clad Vessel, Spheres, Earth mounted bullets and Transportation tankers
• c. Small/ medium volume storage tanks such as Stiffened dome / umbrella roof, Column supported cone roof, Stiffened cone roof, Internal Floating Roof (IFR) & External Floating Roof (EFR) - single & double deck, Sulphur tank, Elevated tanks per AWWA D100, Large Rectangular tanks as per UL58, Above ground tanks storing flammable liquids per UL142
• d. Heat Exchangers: Thermal rating and mechanical design of all types of Heat Exchangers including floating head type
• e. Large volume Storage Tank (site erected welded tanks) to API Standard 650 & 620

4. Design & detailed engineering of Silos, bins, hoppers etc.

5. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING: structural analysis, design and detailing of all type of medium, large and heavy structural engineering for plant, platforms, skid frames, commercial/industrial building structures & roofs, pipe racks, bridges, ladders, pipe supports, handrails etc.

6. PLANT: Design and detailing of plant using smart plant technology services.

7. ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM: design and engineering of electrical equipment, MCC, LCP, Switch boards, pump control panel, Field instruments, Valves, MOVs, pumps & motors, PLC/RTU control panels etc.

8. INFRA PROJECTS: Design and engineering of mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, control system, Fire & Gas, PA system, CCTV system etc. for all type of infra/ utility projects such as water treatment plant, RO plant, pumping stations, pipeline, power station etc.

9. REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS: Review, study, detailing and re-generation of construction drawings for refurbishment of equipment, plant, accommodation modules, skid packages etc.
