Greetings from the TrustRadius product and technology teams. ??

For many buyers, the buying journey can be intimidating. At TrustRadius, we understand this and continue to provide capabilities for buyers to make informed decisions while connecting them with vendors at the right moments.

As we continue to build upon our buyer decisioning platform, we remain committed to increasing collaboration between buyers and vendors by productizing more opportunities to engage and connect.

This past year we have been in the lab iterating on our product roadmap to deliver some of the following capabilities:

Research boards

  • New enhancements allow buyers to define the core requirements that impact current and future business needs.
  • Buyers can short-list products they’ve previously researched, keeping your product top of mind.
  • Collaboration mode enables buyers to share with internal stakeholders, streamlining and accelerating the decisioning process.

Industry product synthesis

  • Synthesized product insights simplify and streamline product research, increasing vendor visibility in new or expanded categories.
  • Expanded profile capabilities, including the addition of pricing information, compliance and security information, and interactive demos.

Vendor enablement and collaboration

  • The self-service Metrics dashboard will soon allow vendor customers to access market dynamics and product insights as well as schedule regular delivery of reports to their team.
  • Added capabilities for vendors to capture demand directly from product listing with new TrustRadius lead capture forms, instantly connecting them with in-market buyers.

These are just a few product capabilities the team has released over the past few quarters. We are excited to continue partnering with each of you to help simplify the decisioning process.

In the coming months, we will be testing and releasing additional capabilities that will streamline buyer research and decision-making and increase vendor product and customer insights.
