Engaging your Audience

Engaging your Audience

Before leadership can accept external counsel, they need to believe that you understand them and their organization at two levels. You must first understand their goals and objectives and take the time to evaluate the performance attributes of their culture. Once you have gained their confidence, they will listen.

Let’s start with the assumption that all organizations are seeking improvement, however, they will be reluctant to allow you into their world until they experience and embrace your process of discovery and evaluation.?

Allowing any audience to take part in a micro version of your assessment process minimizes the initial resistance to invest in a relationship, and addresses the first obstacle, “How are you going to understand the internal dynamics of my organization?” With today’s technology, we have the ability for consultants to provide micro assessments in real-time during those preliminary conversations to engage an audience.?

Comprehensive assessments will highlight cultural perspectives, positioning consultant and their prospective clients to evaluate the assessment results and jointly identify opportunities that impact organizational performance.

As a consistent reader of Visiam Insights Newsletter, we would like to invite you to investigate our Assessments as an invaluable tool to engage leadership and organizations in a meaningful dialogue.?
