Building momentum! With more than a dozen updates this year, we've delivered over 70 enhancements in the past twelve months.

Track Interactions with People & Organizations

Streamline communication and collaboration! Our new Interactions feature automatically captures all member interactions (emails, meetings, conversations) in one central location. Boost team efficiency and stay connected with members effortlessly. Learn more

Deactivate and Delete Organizations

Whether it's a duplicate record created by mistake or an old partner that you don't work with anymore, we've made it easy to declutter your records without losing important information. Learn more

Member Management Made Easy with New Person Types

Do you have a member who fits into multiple categories? Or, maybe you have someone new on your staff who used to be a member?

Now you can move beyond the limitations of pre-defined categories like "Members" or "Staff" and create custom categories that reflect your organization's unique makeup.

People Export Enhancements

Based on your feedback, we've reimagined and begun replacing the tools for exporting people with a new, simpler solution.? Learn more

Modify Event Registrations

So Bob can't make it to the conference, but Jill can?? No problem.? Quickly modify registrations to add to, take away from, or otherwise modify event group registrations in no time.?

Invoicing and refunds are automatically handled! Learn more

Register Guests for Events

Event participants often bring spouses and special guests along.? But you need to account for them in the registrations, logistics, meal planning, etc.

So, we've introduced a new guest-registrationexperience for your member admins to use while registering members. Learn more

Event Name Badges

Events are all about networking.? Badges are an integral part of the experience.

With this release, you'll be able to quickly generate badges in PDF or MS Word format for your whole roster in moments right onto your choice of six Avery templates.? You can even choose which fields you want to place in various spots around the badge! Learn more

REVENUE

Batch Payment Processing?

Using payment batches, your Finance and Revenue Admins can now breeze through a stack of checks in way less time by processing them all at once against invoices in one smooth workflow.?Learn more

LEGISLATION

Bills Sponsored by the Governor

Historically, it's been difficult in Engagifii to distinguish between a bill sponsored by a person vs. one sponsored by that person on behalf of the Governor or a committee.

But we've figured it out! ?When tracking bills in Maryland, you'll have new filters and sponsor information at hand. Learn more

Previous Bill Introductions

Some bills come back over and over. ?

Instead of starting from scratch every year, easily see when there are versions of this bill from prior sessions so that you have access to your old positions and analyses. Learn more

Terms for Elected and Appointed Positions

If your members are elected or appointed to terms, then you probably spend a lot of time trying to track down who served in a particular seat two elections ago, updating and communicating about public office turnover, etc.

Our new Terms functionality will allow you to easily keep elected and appointed officials organized!

Copy Legislative Bill Analysis

You analyzed a legislative bill.? But oh there's a crossfile!? Well, your feelings about the crossfile are probably the exact same.

With this release, you'll be able to easily copy an analysis from a bill to any of its related bills, saving you time and making the information easier to get to from multiple places.

Class List Enhancements

Your feedback has been that members seeing all classes has been a bit overkill and confusing.

So, we're making upgrades so that only upcoming classes will show by default, with a button to expose past classes as required.

Mailchimp Integration

We released a list-syncing service last year for Constant Contact that allows you to automatically synchronize your contacts into lists on an ongoing basis.

Well, Mailchimp users have spoken and we're doing the same for that platform.? Gone are the days of exporting and importing lists to keep them aligned!
