DelphianLogic partnered with a leading provider of sustainable mobility solutions to design a Gold winning solution at? Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards in 2023 under the Best Use of Video category. The solution aimed at increasing product adoption among our client’s sales force.

Instead of relying on traditional instructional methodologies that demanded a lot of the learners' time and attention, DelphianLogic selected video as a learning delivery medium to effectively convey the product's value proposition and key features. A high-end custom animation video was developed around a conversation between three characters for a duration of approximately 5 – 6 mins. The video was designed to capture learners' attention, make them curious to know more about the product, and serve as an introduction to the product training.?

• 42% of learners recommending the training to colleagues
• 255 learners completing the module, demonstrating high interest and engagement
