AI Drives Marketing in the Moment
A new thought leadership brief from CMO Council maps new AI-driven innovations to uplift customer engagement at over 200,000 drive-thru locations nationwide. The CMO Council and uKnomi, an “in-the-moment-marketing” platform provider, recently released a report advocating a new AI-powered service model for uplifting customer engagement and experience at quick service restaurant (QSR) outlets in North America. Some 70% of the $350 billion in U.S. QSR sales comes from the drive-thru channel.
