If you don't have money and your ambitions are off the scale, there is an option to fulfill your desires through the creation of an ideological organization. It can be a political party, a public organization, or a religious movement. Any community associated with joining forces to achieve a goal.
This article highlights the psychological foundations of the creation of an ideological organization. I described what an ideological organization is and its scheme in a series of previous articles. I will leave a link to them at the end.
The creation of an ideological organization is based on several patterns of behavior:
1/ The model of behavior is security as predictability.
At first glance, neophytes are attracted by the size of the organization. A person is inclined to join a large society rather than a small one.
The behavior model is security due to the strength of a large community. In fact, the danger to humans is the unpredictability of the situation. The larger the community, the higher its inertia and the more predictable it behaves. Therefore, a person strives to unite with a large community as more predictable than a small community.
However, predictability can be created by projecting a system of ideological behavior and a mechanism for observing this behavior. Then the neophyte would rather prefer a small community with firm rules of conduct than a large but chaotic society.
The rules of ideological behavior are established by the charter of an ideological organization. Any member of the organization has the right to control the ideological behavior of the members of the organization. Controversial cases are resolved through an ideological court.
The control of party members over the ideological behavior of their comrades also corresponds to the following behavior model - a response to the action of a member of the organization.
2/ The response of the organization to the action of a member of the organization.
The human body does not like to waste energy on idle activities. In the absence of a response to any work, the body initiates a hormonal attack that inhibits the human psyche. The effect of learned helplessness is based on the same behavior model.
There must be a mandatory response from the organization to the action of a member of the organization. For example, consideration of an issue submitted by a member of the grassroots organization at a grassroots meeting and making a decision on the submitted issue.
A member of the organization has the right to control the ideological behavior of any member of the organization and the organization as a whole through a control system - remark, denunciation, forcible coercion, etc. Controversial cases of the use of this right are resolved through an ideological court.
Mandatory voting by members of the organization serves the same purpose. A non-voting or abstaining member of the organization is first warned and then expelled from the organization.
3/ Joint actions of the members of the organization.
Any activities of the organization jointly carried out by all members increase the socialization of members, train interaction and expand the ability to control their ideological behavior.
4/ The social elevator is up.
Implements a model of the organization's response to the action of a member of the organization and a model of changing ineffective leadership to effective leadership.

The model is based on the activist institute. Activists are a part of the community, about 20 percent according to Pareto's law, initiating the activity of the organization.
The system of promotion of activists is the electability of positions and their turnover.
To exclude populists, it is necessary to introduce an ideological rating system. Only holders of a high rating will be able to run for an elected position.
The ideological rating is based on the performance of each member of the organization. The rating can be either personal or group.
A group rating is necessary for competition between parts of an ideological organization - grassroots organizations.
The ideological rating is set and controlled by the ideological court of the organization or a special censorship department.
5/ The social elevator is down.
In order for the social elevator to work constantly, a system of removing people from elected positions is needed. You also need to be able to remove a person from a position if his work is not effective enough.
The turnover of members of the organization in elected positions is mandatory. I.e., the time limit for holding a position at one stage of an ideological organization. A person who has served two terms in a position of this level does not have the right to hold a position of the same level or move to a position of lower degrees. The transition through positions is possible only upwards, which ensures the continuous operation of the social elevator.
An impeachment mechanism is needed for every elected office. Voters have the right to remove a person who cannot cope with work in an elected position. However, not before he has worked out a control period, say one year with a 4-year term of office, or immediately in case of an obvious violation of the charter of an ideological organization.
A mechanism is needed to remove members of the organization from senior positions, while limiting further job growth due to the inability to move to a position at the same or lower level of the organization. The removal takes place in an honorable retirement or in the supreme advisory council of an ideological organization.
This is the psychological basis for building the scheme of ideological organization that I outlined in previous articles. I will post a link to the article at the end. In this article, I will remind you about this scheme.
The ideological organization consists of three parts:
The psychological foundations of building an ideological organization are given by me for a more complete understanding of the work of this scheme. You don't have to delve into these basics. However, knowledge of the theory allows you to flexibly respond to a changing situation, which is more effective than working according to a rigid scheme.
As you know, no plan works. Having only a scheme for building an organization, but having no idea how this scheme works, you will not be able to create an ideology because you will stumble over the first obstacle and will not be able to get around it without knowing how.
