?A #BlackLivesMatter Story form The American Negro Critical Lineal Perspective...?

I am not here to give an ‘All Lives Matters, Black & Brown, Black & Yellow, alternative lifestyle communities that are culturally indifferent to the Negro Collective or Minorities’ approaches towards the American Negro Business, Problem & Solution. As a Negro Black Knight, I use the School of Thought called The Critical Negro Lineal Truth and/or The Critical Negro Truth which is built upon ‘Our God, History, and Scholarship’ to build the case for the repair civically of the American Negro Lineage-Based Community. What is a Lineage-Based Community? The Lineage-Based is comprised of Descendants of Negroes, African American, Afro-American, ADOS (American Descendant of Slavery), Black Americans, Foundational Black Americans, Freedmen, Negro Native Americans, Native Black Americans, Mulatto alone with Native American add-mixtures such as Negro Native American Freedmen, Secure the Tribe (A Call to Action), and Black Aboriginals. It is not just Bloodline but also?codification in the ideology that is Lineage-Based and Seeking Justice and Repair for ‘Our Lineage.’ Social Responsibility is not just solely for ‘Our Lineage-Based Community,’?but for the rest of the American Public at large. One could say that if you want to create a great business model, you must practice?good ethics and morality which should?create the foundation of Social Responsibility. What I would consider to be the primary goal for a Negro (Black) American Corporations and/or Nonprofits would be Social Responsibility Over Maximizing Wealth!?

Could Social Responsibility Be Enforced by the Government BBB?and E-Verify??

Social Responsibility is defined as from the required text Financial Management: Theory & Practice by the author Michael C. Ehrhardt and Present by the Professor as the following:??

The firms should be socially responsible while earning “normal’ profits; otherwise, they will go out of business. Some could strongly argue that an organization should practice Social Responsibility over profits. It is extremely critical for the public to do business with each other in ‘good faith’ and it should be encouraged. An example would be the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to illustrate how the government encourages ethical and positive business relationships by focusing on:?

  1. Business Complaint History with the BBB?
  2. Type of Business?
  3. Time In Business?
  4. Transparent Business Practices?
  5. Failure to Honor Commitments to the BBB?
  6. Licensing and Government action know to the BBB?
  7. Advertising Issues Known to BBB?

The BBB (Better Business Breau) also focuses on:?

?

Element ? Range of points that can be earned? or deducted (maximum to minimum)?

1.?Complaint Volume (Weighted by Complaint Age)?15 to 0?

2.?Unanswered Complaints?40 to 0?

3.?Unresolved Complaints?30 to 0?

4.?Complaint Resolution Delayed?5 or 0?

5.?Failure to Address Complaint Pattern?0 to -31?

6.?Type of Business?0 to -41?

7.?Time in Business?10 to 0?

8.?Transparent Business Practices?0 or -5?

9.?Failure to Honor Mediation/Arbitration?0 to -41?

10.?Competency Licensing?0 or -41?

11.?Government Action (per action)?0 to -34?

12.?Advertising Review (per incident)?0 to -41?

13.?BBB Trademark Infringement?0 or -41?

?This information can be found on the BBB Overview Page which addresses these talking points in further detail, (Overview of BBB Ratings | Better Business Bureau?, 2020). I personally think that the Bureau could do a better job at identifying additional harms such as immigration by adding E-Verify, component to the standards to the element. What is E-Verify? E-Verify is defined as the following: ?

As an internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility.?

This process could be effective when there are extreme cases of illegal aliens being exploited by business and corporations that want cheap labor at the expense Negro Americans Unionizing for better pay and quality of work spaces. An extreme example would be the?article titled; Federal agencies probe migrant exploitation in Alabama chicken industry by?Joshua Schneyer,?Mica Rosenberg,?and?Kristina Cooke discussion how there was a Federal Probe on Alabama Chicken Farm. The article states that:?

Instead of arresting workers for immigration violations, it is targeting employers who exploit undocumented migrants. Poultry industry workers in and around Enterprise told Reuters that migrants, including minors, easily obtain fake credentials and supply those to staffing firms who help them find work in area plants. The firms, they said, sometimes dock workers' pay for services, including transportation to and from the workplace, and deny them benefits like overtime pay, sick days, time off and medical coverage. Labor law experts say large poultry processors at times have relied on staffing firms to avoid liability for hiring undocumented laborers. ?

The staffing firms, as direct employers, by law become responsible for vetting applicants and determining if they can work. A previous federal investigation into the hiring of poultry workers in Alabama led to criminal convictions last October. The federal trial in northern Alabama illustrated abusive practices by one staffing firm there and how lucrative the migrant-recruiting business can be. The jury convicted a married couple, Deivin, and Crystal Escalante, on charges of money laundering and conspiracy to transport migrants illegally.?

10 Ways How?the BBB and E-Verify Should Be Incorporated in the Private/Public Sectors of Business/Corporations to Enforce Social Responsibility??

  • Having E-Verify A Requirement for the BBB (Better Business Breau). ?
  • The Focus is to?Increase the Employment of Domestic Lawful US?Citizen Population.?
  • Keeping American Jobs in America for American Citizens.?
  • Reinstating Buy American, Buy Black, and the ‘American Innovation/Standard’ to combat BRICS.??
  • To Better Regulate the Hiring Practices and Procedures of Business and/or Corporations.?
  • If Businesses and Corporations are in Violation, the US Government Federally/Locally on a Sliding Scale Concept should be fined.?
  • Fair Treatment of All US Citizens Employed in the USA.?
  • The Using ICE (Immigrant Customs Enforcement Agency) in a Constructive Manner that Brings/Support Results in the Business and Private Sector.?
  • Making Sure People are Qualified to Work in the US.?
  • Enforcing Transparency for Employment in the US.?

Why is Social Responsibility Should Be Important to Negro American Businesses/Corporations More Important Than Profits??

The story of #BlackLivesMatters from a Negro (Black) American?comes to mind of their lack of leadership and misappropriation of funds and transparency. But there is a much darker plot being discussed by one of the many Black Men Professionals in an article called “Silly Rabbit, Tricks Are for Kids: BLM Was Not for You After All…” by T. Hasan Johnson, Ph.D. In the article Dr. T. Hasan Johnson states that:?

  1. “Contrary to the widely held misconceptions that Black Lives Matter was founded solely for men or boys…Alcia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and I created Black Lives Matter for Black women!”?– Opal Tometi (BLM Co-Founder). ?

?

  1. The larger movement was already in motion before BLM joined it during the death of Michael Brown which initially included Black men and women across class, and although it later absorbed the theme of BLM—the two remained distinct. Having interviewed activists in Ferguson, they confirmed the same. BLM appropriated the deaths of such as Brown (because it attracted international attention & favor) to develop a political platform for middle-class Black women. Black men were just a useful fuel for an organization that just needed an issue (any issue) big enough to galvanize people…at least until we were no longer useful.?

?

  1. They were mobilizing (and legitimizing) their new all-Black female political base. Here, Black men were either monsters, terrorists, or victims that needed advocation—but only to the extent that it is politically useful for Black women.?
  2. But let me be more precise, the absence of substantive Black male leadership?does?bother me to the extent that it is not organic. Had Black men’s leadership roles evolved naturally into Black female leadership, then fine. But as it is more a result of structural, oppressive issues I find it highly problematic, but still, it is not Black women’s fault. It is a result of the economic and educational underdevelopment of Black men in ways that Black women do not necessarily directly experience to the same extent (but they do experience it indirectly). Still, the extent to which Black feminist-nationalists, purposefully stay oblivious to why Black men live different realities?does?bother me.?
  3. Black feminist-nationalist formations of Black women’s leadership have been exploited of both Black men’s deaths and their quality of life (especially regarding stats used in the articulation of Black oppression) while organizations such as Black Lives Matter’s disregard for even mentioning men’s roles in families (see their website) suggests their invisibility despite the use of their grotesque deaths. This has left a bad taste in many men’s mouths, as few have talked about this dynamic outright.?

?Now imagine if The Black Lives Matter Foundation were to participate in the process of using the BBB and E-Verify, how would it work? The process would be able to weed out people that may not align with the interest of the Lineage-Based Collective they ‘so-called’ represent. The action and behavior of BLM Foundation’s Executive Leadership could have been addressed through complaints supported by the other government agencies equipped to carry out such a Social Responsibility. I will go revisit the talking points of the?BBB and E-Verify Process Concept and Model with the Black Lives Matter Foundation:?

  • Having E-Verify A Requirement for the BBB (Better Business Breau). A method to verify Black American are represented not another lineage of richly hued people who are not Negro Black Americans.?
  • The Focus is to?Increase the Employment of Domestic Lawful US?Citizen Population. Focusing on USA Domestic Police Brutality not the world. People from the Black American Community could challenge them supporting other nation abroad with donations.?
  • The Use of ICE (Immigrant Customs Enforcement Agency) in a Constructive Manner could?bring about the results that should be in the Business and Private Sector to build trust between the business/corporation and client/customer. ICE would be able to address?people?cosplaying the Black American Experience in Order to get political leverage and donations. This behavior is what I call Anti-Negronativophobia which is defined as the following:?

Is a person, group, immigrant, migrants, and/or refugees, who expresses anti-sentiment and/or hostility against the Negro Native Population. They do this by attacking the United States/Negro American Interest: Politically, Religion/Spiritually, and/or Socially. This is rooted in discrimination based on their own country of origin towards melanated Afrikaan Descendant People and then exercised on Negro Americans once they reach the border and shores of the United States of America, (Https://Twitter.com/I/Flow/Login?Redirect_after_login=%2FTNBKHC_Negros%2Fmedia, n.d.). ?

  • Making Sure People are Qualified to Work in the US. Making sure people have the educational requirements and certifications to address the needs of the service they are advertising.?
  • Enforcing Transparency for Employment in the US. Making sure that we are employing Black Americans.?

In Conclusion towards Government Social Responsibility and the public; me as a ?

Negro American...?

The purpose of this Social Responsibility is to protect the public and build the best American products made from all our community in a fair practice of employment and equal access to work. I would suggest having the BBB and E-Verify used as methods to create equitable and fair workplaces for all to avoid health and economic risks to the American Public and Economy. Using them together to clear the employment field for All-Americans. If any companies happen to violate the new the policies, the violators are subjected to:?

  • Deportations?
  • Fines?
  • Jail Time?
  • Felon and White-Collar Crime?

When you focus solely on making money by any means possible without Social Responsibility, it would be dangerous and irresponsible from my point of view. Much like The Black Lives Matter Foundation, you end up shelling out a lot of money in legal defense. These types of cases delay justice for much more serious cases such as Lineage-Based Reparations for the American Negro!?
