Enersol, from Abu Dhabi to the World!

It was a tremendous week for Enersol Energy Solutions and ADNOC Drilling at ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference where our joint venture with Alpha Dhabi Holding showcased its technologies and >140 patents, which was received very positively by the market driving ADNOC Drilling share price to a new all time high every day during ADIPEC.

Thousands of people visited the Enersol exhibition to learn more about how this pioneering investment platform is capitalizing on the energy tech revolution. Our first three acquisitions, Gordon Technologies, LLC , EV , and NTS AMEGA GLOBAL , showcased their best-in-class products and performance to energy leaders from all over the world, leading to multiple connections and conversations with potential clients, partners, and bolt-on targets as Enersol completes the deployment of $1.5bn investments and operational expansion.

We also announced our fourth acquisition, Deep Well Services , on the first day of ADIPEC.

The number of VIP visitors to the Enersol stand demonstrated the high-level traction and interest in our innovative platform. This included Abdulmunium Al Kindy, ADNOC Group Upstream Executive Director, Khaled Al Zaabi, ADNOC Group CFO, Musabbeh Al Kaabi , ADNOC Executive Director of Low Carbon Solutions & International Growth Directorate, Tayba Al Hashemi , CEO of ADNOC Offshore, and Chairwoman of ADIPEC; Eric Cantor , former US Majority House Leader and Vice Chairman of Moelis & Company , Khalid Abdulsamad , ADNOC Upstream EVP, Khalfan al Dahmani, ADNOC Upstream CFO, Eng. Ahmed Al Dhaheri CEO of NMDC Energy , and Amer Halawi , Head of Research at Al Ramz PJSC (ALRAMZ:UH) , among others.?

It was an honour to participate in the ADIPEC Leadership Roundtable on ‘AI in the Energy Transition: A Catalyzer or an Inhibitor?’ with 30 executives in the global energy industry. Enersol will be a critical player in acquiring AI and machine learning technologies that drive greater efficiencies, lower emissions and lower costs in the production of energy.

Optimizing the amount of emissions is ultimately a function of how long does it take to drill an oil and gas well. Even if we’re getting the same amount of hydrocarbon, we’re creating less emissions to get it out by having a shorter well time, which AI can play a big role in, such as through facilitating automation.

During a panel titled, ‘Leadership Perspectives on startups: The role of startups in delivering the new clean energy future’, we outlined how ADNOC Drilling believes startups are a critical player in the future of the energy industry and we look forward to working together.

We explained Enersol’s approach that ensures each of its portfolio businesses keeps its brand and independence, so they maintain what made them successful in the first place, while at the same time we support the companies to scale, through new business in the UAE as well as across the Middle East and into the Eastern Hemisphere.

It was truly exciting to see the engagement at the Enersol exhibition, and the conversations around how the company is set to redefine the landscape of innovation and investment in the global energy sector.

Now, Enersol is looking forward towards ADFW by ADGM and marking our one-year anniversary, while we simultaneously advance our next set of acquisitions totaling $700m+ next year.?
