Energy: who is a good leader?
This question is key for companies and institutions that want to put themselves at the forefront.
I will refer to Eleanor Roosevelt, wife of the American president, Franklin Roosevelt.
"Great minds discuss ideas! Average minds discuss events and small minds discuss people."
Whenever I was conttacted as a consultant with the objective of achieving and maintaining differentiated results, the keynote was to focus on ideas. and how to turn them into results!
Many times, however, when internal politics dominates the environment, the focus is on what is best for the people involved in the decisions. I return to the question: what's best?
Being politically "in tune" in the environment in which you and your peers and leaders live OR discovering what is best? The answer gives the quality of what results will actually be achieved!
