As some of you know, I am not just a?Sleep Coach; with everything unfolding over the past year, I have evolved into a transformative force in sleep health. You may know that my battle with severe insomnia, which began in 2018, fuels my passion for helping others. With the publication of my groundbreaking book, Sleep Fitness, a 2024 bestseller, between the reviews coming in or the Podcast Hosts featuring me, it's more clear now that instead of a "Step 1 do this, Step 2 do this" standard sleep book, it is a testament to my commitment to make an impact on the global sleep crisis.
I don't envy Michael Byrne ?because I get pegged often as a "New Voice." I come with that old Performance Trainer "HIGH HONESTY" and the characteristic of sacrificing PC communication and going public with something NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO TOUCH! I don't know what the future holds, of course.
Still, more people are networking with me, engaging with me, or inviting me to events to GET THE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE, and that means I am going to UPSET some people (I know part of my new book already angered a highly coveted sleep expert!)
