Energy Management for Compressed Air Utilities
The customised controller has ability to continuously measure Peak consumption, Off-Peak consumption, Base consumption and Leakages through the incorporated flow-meters. Theses measurements enable it to pre-estimate the future consumption of compressed air on basis of historical consumption patterns that are interpreted through artificial intelligent software. The quality parameters (moisture , temperature) of compressed air are also computed as an add-on feature to serve customer needs. The other features of the controller are as follows.
