Energy focus

With the advent of technology, there has never been so much scroll ups, pop-up ads and distractions, meaning that attention mastery becomes an essential skill for energy flow. It is well known that where attention goes, energy flows.

Developing your level of concentration is possible by training the mind to focus on one task, object, point for a set period of time. Effective concentration is enhanced by breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, sleep quality, mental clarity, etc.

Single tasking with laser focus will lead to a higher yield of productive outburst. Multitasking can sometimes be possible when the topic mastery is achieved. The action is achieved so naturally that one can increment an add-on, particularly true in the case of female who seem better at handling multitasking.

Yet, it is true that the simple act of being fully present for each activity, even mundane, increments the level of awareness in the moment. The sensory reminiscing act becomes tasteful and empowering.

The French writer, Marcel Proust, in his madeleine anecdote, illustrates perfectly the potent impact of simply savouring the taste; when soaking the brioche in the tea cup led to his childhood memories being recalled.

Thus, the action of conscious doing is an awakening call for bringing awareness to the present moment.

Being in the now equates to conscious living.
