The World Economic Forum 's Fostering Effective Energy Transition 2023 report emphasizes that while progress has been made in clean, sustainable energy, emerging challenges threaten the equity of the transition. Key findings include marginal growth in global ETI scores over the past three years, only 18% of countries having balanced equity, security, and sustainability, and the top 10 countries accounting for only 2% of global CO2 emissions and 4% of total energy supply.

KAIZEN? can support businesses in their energy transition by identifying energy efficiency opportunities, promoting innovation, building energy management systems, providing training and capacity building, and creating partnerships for change.

Are you on the verge of a personal energy crisis? It's time to evaluate where your energy comes from and identify areas for improvement. We suggest that human energy stems from four main aspects: the body (quantity of energy), the emotions (quality of energy), the mind (focus of energy), and the spirit (energy of meaning and purpose).

Embracing the KAIZEN? Energy approach empowers individuals to maintain a healthy balance in their lives, ensuring they have the necessary energy to tackle daily challenges and achieve their goals. So, take a moment to reflect on your energy sources and embark on a journey towards a more energized, balanced, and fulfilling life.

Application of Time Based Analysis –?Looking at Organisations through the Lens of Time.? Transforming Organisations to Remove Waste, Non Value Adding Time and Identify Untapped Potential. My best results – Manufacturing - Profitability increase over four years - £928,000 to £5.1 Million. Product throughput time reduction examples – 20 hours to 35 minutes, 14 hours to 45 minutes, 28% increase in sales output value per employee, lower fixed cost, 60% reduction in inventory, greater market share. Empowered teams with direct cell feeds of material under pull type control. My worst findings – Northern UK City Local Government Council home adaptations unit. Total calendar time consumed 104 weeks, value adding time 4 weeks = 4% value adding capability.? Most worrying results – NHS Health Trust Heart Patient?– Analysis found value adding capability was 14% with a huge amount of untapped potential but the CEO wanted the findings to be buried because they were too revealing.? The secret to transforming any operations is to analyse the global value adding system, not just the islands of efficiency touch time.?
