Yep, that's right. And before you get all funny because I'm getting woo woo, understand this – energetics is not just woo woo - it's the science and technology built into these programs.

For some leaders in my Manager to Leader Shift Program that resistance looks like a lack of confidence, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of standing out, fear of not knowing enough, fear of conflict and a lack of self-belief.

You see all of them already have skills and know how already when they join. They're already amazing leaders, parents, teachers, contributors but they feel like they are missing something, that they need to do more, in order to achieve more.?It's simply not the case, and my programs open you up to overcome that so you can do less and be more.?
