4. Identify people and the environments that drain you or negatively impact your energy.
5. Reflect on how can you be suppressing your inherent power?
6. How do you show up for others but fall short in showing up for yourself?
7. Dig deeper into the feelings around rejection and not being seen.
8. Think ‘how can I set boundaries to present it in the future?’
9. List 3 of your deepest fears. Are there common threads amongst them?
10. What are my ways or safety seeking behaviours in which I have been avoiding my fears in business (like fear of being see, fear of expressing yourself, fear of rejection or failure?)
