Cognizant Expands its Neuro Suite with a New Cybersecurity Solution
Cognizant has announced the launch of Cognizant Neuro Cybersecurity, a new addition to the company's Neuro suite of platforms. Cognizant Neuro Cybersecurity aims to amplify cybersecurity resilience for clients by integrating and orchestrating point cybersecurity solutions across an enterprise. Its capabilities include unified security management, tools for aggregating point solution results, an intuitive user interface, additional scalability and flexibility functionalities, and enhanced threat detection and response features to help IT teams detect and mitigate threats.
ConnectWise and Pax8 Detail a Strategic Partnership
ConnectWise, a software company for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has announced a strategic partnership with Pax8, a cloud commerce marketplace. The partnership will involve Pax8 offering ConnectWise's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution in its Pax8 Marketplace. "By integrating ConnectWise MDR into an MSPs service offerings, partners can take proactive steps to safeguard valuable data and assets from ever-evolving cyber threats," said Ameer Karim, the EVP and GM for Cybersecurity and Data Protection at ConnectWise.
Conversant Group Launches a New Cyber Resilience Program
Conversant Group, a "Secure First" infrastructure and cybersecurity services provider, has launched Securitas Summa, an end-to-end cyber resilience program. The new program will offer a combination of all three of Conversant's companies: Athena7, Fenix24, and Grypho7. With Securitas Summa, clients will receive a rapid implementation plan, ongoing hardening for the first nine months, and the Fenix24 guarantee. This no-cost recovery guarantee provides a safety net to assure businesses of their recoverability at no future charge.
ExtraHop Releases New Capabilities for its RevealX Solution
ExtraHop—a cloud-native network direction and response (NDR) solution provider—has released new network-based file analysis capabilities for its ExtraHop RevealX product. These additions can help organizations prevent data loss, combat ransomware, accelerate investigation workflows, detect malicious files on the network more accurately, and improve SOC efficiency. Its capabilities include built-in file hashing, file carving, and file-based detections to help SOC analysts leverage the network to reduce their cyber risk from a single platform.
NETRIO and SUCCESS Computer Consulting Combine to Create a Full-Service IT Managed Service Provider
NETRIO, an IT managed services provider, has joined forces with SUCCESS Computer Consulting, a managed services and security firm. Together, they will create one of North America's largest full-service IT managed service providers (MSPs), serving small to mid-market businesses. The unified organization will focus on providing the expertise and resources clients need to manage their digital transformation initiatives. Its specific technology offerings will include managed cybersecurity services, managed IT services, and cloud services, including managed cloud, migration, and disaster recovery.
Progress Updates its Network Observability Platform with New Features
Progress, an AI-powered infrastructure software provider, has announced the latest release of Progress Flowmon, its network observability platform. With this update, the Flowmon platform can enhance IP search efficiency with innovative IP address indexing designed to help network administrators track network activities tied to specific IP addresses. Additional features available in the latest release include enhanced usability, streamlined workflows, flexible event reporting with Syslog messages, and other updates that can accelerate the time for data processing, capturing, and issue identification.
LevelBlue Expands its Offerings with Four New Security Services
LevelBlue—a managed network security services, managed detection and response, strategic consulting, and threat intelligence provider—has announced four new security services to help Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) find new growth opportunities and add security services to their business. The new services include Managed Threat Detection and Response, Incident Response Retainer, Vulnerability Management, and Managed Endpoint Security. They will be available in Q1 2025 for members of the LevelBlue Partner Program.
Teleport Introduces New Features for its Teleport Policy Offering
Teleport, a global provider of modern access to infrastructure, has introduced new features for Teleport Policy. This offering provides governance of access policies to make it easier for companies to monitor and protect assets in their computing infrastructure. The key features include Crown Jewels, which prioritizes the protection of critical resources; SSH Key Discovery, which can uncover SSH jets throughout an organization; and a real-time dashboard to give users greater visibility into standing privileges.
