BackBox Launches its Network Cyber Resilience Platform
BackBox, a network automation, security, and management solution provider, has launched its Network Cyber Resilience Platform. This new platform's three components?include automated lifecycle management, network infrastructure integrity, and compliance and policy management. These capabilities will enable companies to run compliance checks on devices, assess identity configuration drift, correct non-compliant configurations, proactively identify active exposures, automate vulnerability mitigation, and streamline how they back up, validate, and restore network devices for easier recoveries.
CYE Acquires CSPM and CIEM Technology from Solvo
CYE, a cyber exposure management solution, has acquired Solvo's technology for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM). The acquisition will reinforce CYE's commitment to managing cyber exposure across a rapidly growing attack surface, help customers remediate security gaps across multi-cloud environments, and more. Solvo's technologies will also complement CYE's Hyver platform, making it easier for customers to achieve deeper visibility of their cloud assets, safeguard those assets, continuously monitor their cloud security posture, and mitigate risks.
Cyware Announces a Threat Intelligence Platform with Team Cymru
Cyware—a threat intelligence management, low-code/no-code security automation, and cyber fusion solution provider—has announced a collaboration with Team Cymru to pre-configure Team Cymru's threat feeds into Cyware's Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP). The packaged solution will equip teams with real-time visibility into botnets, malware, command and control (C2) infrastructure, and external malicious activity. This will empower organizations to detect and respond to increasingly sophisticated adversaries faster than ever.

Quorum Cyber Acquires Kivu Consulting
Quorum Cyber, a global cybersecurity specialist, has set a new strategic direction for itself by acquiring Kivu Consulting Inc., a leader in digital forensics, cyber incident response, business restoration, and ransom negotiations in multiple government sectors. The acquisition will help Quorum Cyber expand its capabilities and focus on placing cyber threats and adversaries at the heart of its comprehensive global cybersecurity services. Seraphic Security, an enterprise browser security provider, has secured a $29 million Series A funding round led by GreatPoint Ventures (GPV). The CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and existing investors Planven, Cota Capital, and Storm Ventures also participated. This milestone will help the company accelerate its product roadmap and market expansion in North America and EMEA. SuperOps Receives $25 Million in Series C Funding
SuperOps, an AI-driven IT platform for IT service providers and internal IT teams, has raised $25 million in Series C funding, bringing the company's total funding to $54.4 million. March Capital led the funding, with participation from existing investors Addition and Z47. SuperOps plans to use this new funding to expand its AI research and development, scale its offerings for mid-market and enterprise MSPs, and further extend its global reach.
Zscaler Details its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Service?
Zscaler, a cloud security and SAP partner, has announced that it now offers its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) service to clients. This service is natively integrated within RISE with SAP. The Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for SAP is delivered through the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform and aims to help SAP customers with on-prem ERP workloads and simplify and de-risk their cloud migration without the complexity and risk associated with traditional VPNs. The foundation this service provides will also empower Zscaler to provide customers with compliance support, and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) capabilities, improved user experiences, and more.
