Endometriosis. Parametrial nodule. Ureteral reimplantation.

It is presented below a complication (and surgical resolution) after endometriosis surgery - endometriotic excision of a right parametrial nodule.

The patient comes to our center in the 6th postoperative day with intense pelvic pain. The CT scan showed urine in the abdomino-pelvic cavity and right grade I uretero-hydronephrosis.

We perform urgent surgery and we enlighten a small (1 mm) right ureteral lesion. We perform right ureteral reimplantation with right ureteral catheterisation
