Dear everyone,?
I hope that each one of you are able to take the time for enjoying these holiday times with friends and families at hand.?
As I have seen a lot of professionals talk about their year-end of review in 2022. I decided why not to do the same, and because of that I am here about to tell you about my accomplishments in 2022 that lead up to planning 2023 itself.?
Here goes nothing:?
What I have accomplished in 2022 =?
1) Continuing my consistency with my Run Or Walk = Go newsletter and Everyday Consultants podcast show itself (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/everyday-consultants/id1619853932)?
2) Having learned and growing on my project & client work at 埃森哲 ?
3) Getting accepted into the Richmond Technology Council - rvatech/ and the committees at 埃森哲 ; as well?
4) Finding opportunities and taking the time out to research them (such as: fitness and a special field of area that has yet to be unveiled around the end of 2023 or 2024 itself)?
5) Trying to implement new habits from everyday daily tasks to lifelong ones for my health & well-being; as well as those career prospectives of mine?
??????????- With one of them being on and off, when it came down to my workout, fitness, and meditation routines, at hand?
6) Achieving my CSM & CSPO certifications from the one and only incredible Scrum Alliance ?itself?
Now, when it comes to 2023, here is what I am going to be doing next year; in terms of future success:?
1) Read or listen to five certain books & my religion book (Bhagavad Gita); by the end of 2023. To expand my understanding of the five essentials, we need to understand and put them into action as being a part of the official young, ambitious, and entrepreneur-like spirit adults club.
2) Nailing my two critical certifications that have been pending for some time now?
3) Pivoting into a special field of area and industry, as mentioned in my bullet point #4 of what I have accomplished in 2022 section itself?
???????????- From the help of special organizations and people for my special pivot that would be unveiled around the end of 2023 or 2024.?

4) Socializing, stronger communication skills, and maintaining & making new relationships; as well?
5) Stressing 10x times more less than before; which took place during the years of 2018 to 2022 itself?
6) Continue to stay consistent with my excellent current habits, such as: Run or Walk = Go & Medium newsletters, Everyday Consultants podcast show, everyday daily tasks, trying my very best to make fitness & meditation a consistent habit of mine in 2023.??
Yes, I know………they might have been more successes in 2022, but a few client-related projects of mine didn’t go as well as I had thought it to be initially. But in the end, I still learned a ton from those experiences I got to be part of with 埃森哲 and that specific client.?
Never fail once because a year or two or went wrong. But laugh, live, and keep that smile on your face; because everyone has their downfalls and successes every year like a recycle bin, the only difference is who gets more numbed talking about it versus excited to tackle the new year ahead of each one of us.?
Because think about it, who doesn’t like a good underdog story like the Cleveland Cavaliers did in the 2016 National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals? Right. ??
Let me know if some of your accomplishments of 2022 or future successes of 2023 match up with some of the ones I have listed in mine, as well.?
Keep up the excellent work, everyone, and I have a dream that anyone looking to do better than what they were last year by updating their human software should go on to achieving the goals they have in mind for 2023 at hand.??
Regards,?
